Guisborough Montessori
Pre-school
Guisborough Montessiri Pre-school is a small presonal, Montessori nursery that operate in Sunnyfield House, Guisborough. It offers a caring service in a stimulating environment. The staff are well trained and dedicated, and the ration of staff to children is high.
The pre-school aims to provide children with a stimulating environment through which they can develop social, physical and intellectual growth. Montessori schools believe the first 6 years of life are the most important, and during these years, children absorb more information than they ever will again.
Guisborough Montessori welcomes children from 2 years of age, and has free Early Education places available for 3 and 4 years olds. This year, the nursery has benefitted from a full refurbishment and the arrival of new equipment, to enhance the learning experience.
Visitors are welcome to go and have a look around, to appreciate this calm and caring environment. For more information, contact Christine Robertson on 07733 056050 or 07866 799747.

Montessori Pre-School Nursery
Montessori Pre-School Nursery Green Lane was established in 1989, and has over the years built an excellent reputation of child care and early years education.
In 2009 they established a new setting, Montessori Pre-School Central, on Southfield Road providing quality early years care and education in central Middlesbrough.
At both of their settings they endeavour to enhance each child’s development through the methods and apparatus developed by Dr Maria Montessori. Children are provided with a prepared, safe and healthy environment in which they can develop at their own pace, satisfying their inner needs for learning at each stage of development.
The children learn to respect themselves, others and their environment and as well as enhancing concentration skills, early literacy and mathematical skills are encouraged. Thus hopefully providing a solid foundation to build upon in future life, and enhancing confidence when the child enters into school life at 5 years old.
